We offer a very flexible policy. For equipment, the MOQ is only 1 unit. For reagents, the MOQ starts from 3 boxes (30 tests).
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Currently, we do not provide free samples. However, since our equipment MOQ is just 1 unit, we recommend purchasing a single device for your initial evaluation.
How long is the delivery time?
We ensure rapid dispatch. Goods are typically delivered within 2 weeks after we receive the total payment.
Who handles shipping and customs clearance?
We can arrange global distribution for you. Please note that the freight costs and customs clearance fees are to be paid by the buyer.
